Sudoku by Pixol does not collect, store, or share any personal data. Everything stays on your device.
Data We Collect
None. The app does not collect any personal information, usage data, or analytics of any kind. There are no accounts, no sign-ups, and no tracking.
Data Stored on Your Device
The app stores the following data locally on your device to provide its functionality:
- Your current game progress (grid state, timer, mistakes, undo history)
- Daily challenge completion history and star ratings
- Game statistics (win counts, streaks, best times)
- Your app preferences (notification settings)
This data is stored using Android's SharedPreferences and never leaves your device. It is not accessible to us or any third party.
Network Access
The app does not make any network requests. It works entirely offline. There are no servers, no APIs, and no cloud sync.
Third-Party Services
The app does not integrate any third-party SDKs, analytics tools, advertising networks, or crash reporting services.
Permissions
The app requests only the minimum permissions needed to function:
- Notification permission — to send optional daily puzzle reminders (you can decline or revoke this at any time)
Children's Privacy
Since the app does not collect any data, it is safe for users of all ages. There is no content that is inappropriate for children.
Changes to This Policy
If we ever change how the app handles data, we will update this page. But honestly, the plan is simple: don't collect anything, ever.
